Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All CertifiedCopywriters services are delivered digitally as documents (Google Doc, Word .docx, or PDF) to the email address provided at checkout. There are no physical shipments and no in-person meetings are required.

2. When work begins

Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving both payment confirmation and a completed project brief. We will contact you within 5 business days of purchase if no brief has been received.

3. Delivery timelines by service

• Startup Pitch Copy: 5-8 business days from brief confirmation
• Newsletter Copywriting: 2-4 business days from brief confirmation
• Ad Copywriting: 3-5 business days from brief confirmation
• Social Media Copy (20 posts): 3-5 business days from brief confirmation
• Corporate Blog Writing: 2-4 business days per article
• Script Writing: 5-7 business days from brief confirmation

These timelines are for the first draft. Revision rounds begin from the date feedback is received.

4. Rush delivery

The 48-hour rush add-on means the first draft is delivered within 48 hours of brief confirmation (not from order placement). Rush delivery is subject to availability and applies to a single deliverable.

5. Delivery formats

Default delivery is Google Doc with commenting enabled. Alternative formats (Word .docx, PDF, plain text) can be requested at brief stage. For ongoing retainer clients, we can publish directly to supported CMS platforms.

6. Missed deadlines

If we miss an agreed delivery date for reasons on our side, we will notify the Client immediately and provide a revised timeline. If the delay is significant, the Client may be eligible for a partial discount on a future order at our discretion.
