The majority of corporate blog posts are 800 words of general observations wrapped in industry buzzwords. They rank for nothing, they persuade nobody, and they are forgotten within the hour. This kind of content does not justify the time it takes to produce it.
We write long-form articles -- between 1,200 and 3,500 words -- with a single clear argument per piece. Research done properly (not just the first page of Google results), structured so that a real reader can get value at whatever depth they engage with it, and written in language that sounds like a person rather than a press release.
The research process for each article includes competitor content analysis on the same topic, primary source identification, and (for most B2B clients) a 20-minute subject matter expert call to capture genuine insight that is not available from public sources.
Articles are delivered in 2-4 business days from brief confirmation. For retainer clients publishing two or more articles per month, we develop a content calendar and topic brief framework that reduces brief preparation time significantly.
Default delivery is Google Doc. We can also publish directly to WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms for ongoing retainer arrangements.
