Growth is two coordinated services with a strategy session. Authority covers up to four services with a full brand voice document, monthly strategy calls, a content calendar, and a dedicated account contact for ongoing projects.
If the delivered work does not address the agreed brief after revision rounds are used, we resolve it. Our Refund Policy covers the specific conditions and process.
Yes, NDA is available for Authority package clients and on request for other packages. Our standard Terms of Service include a confidentiality clause covering all client materials.
