Refund Policy

1. Our commitment

We aim to deliver copy that meets the agreed brief. The structured revision process exists to ensure this outcome. If the copy materially fails to address the agreed brief after all included revision rounds have been exhausted, we will resolve the situation as described below.

2. Situations where a refund may apply

• The delivered copy materially fails to address the brief as originally submitted and agreed, and all revision rounds have been used without resolution.
• CertifiedCopywriters is unable to deliver the project due to circumstances on our side.
• The Client has not submitted a project brief within 30 days of purchase and has not contacted us to arrange an extension.

3. Non-refundable situations

• The Client changed project scope, goals, or audience after work began.
• All included revision rounds have been used and the copy addresses the original brief.
• Delays were caused by the Client failing to provide required information or feedback within the agreed timeframe.
• The Client has already published, used, or distributed the delivered copy.
• The Client is dissatisfied with the creative direction but the copy meets the agreed brief.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@certifiedcopywriters.com within 14 days of final delivery with your order reference number and a clear explanation of why the copy does not meet the agreed brief. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Partial refunds

Where a project involves multiple deliverables and some have been satisfactorily completed, we may issue a partial refund for the unsatisfactory elements only.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer and country.
