These Terms constitute a binding agreement between CertifiedCopywriters (registered in France, address: 148 Rue Armand Fallieres, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand) referred to as "we" or "us", and the individual or entity placing an order referred to as "Client".
CertifiedCopywriters provides professional English-language copywriting services including startup pitch copy, newsletter writing, ad copywriting, social media copy, corporate blog writing, and script writing. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables and timelines are determined by the service and package selected at checkout.
All orders are placed through our package builder and completed via Stripe Checkout. By completing an order, the Client authorises the total amount shown to be charged. Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are in euros (EUR) and do not include applicable VAT unless stated.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed project brief. The Client agrees to provide a complete brief within 7 business days of purchase. If no brief is received within 30 days, the order may be treated as abandoned.
Revision rounds are included as specified in the selected package. Each round consists of consolidated written feedback and one revised deliverable in response. Additional rounds may be purchased as add-ons before work begins.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate and complete brief information; respond to feedback requests within 7 business days; inform CertifiedCopywriters of any changes to project scope before work begins on a new stage.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final delivered copy. CertifiedCopywriters retains the right to reference the type of project (not the content) in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before project start.
CertifiedCopywriters treats all client materials as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference specific client content without permission. NDA is available for Authority package clients and on written request.
Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenue, business opportunities, or reputation damage.
Copywriting performance depends on many factors outside our control including product quality, market conditions, media spend, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, open rates, or revenue outcomes.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Clermont-Ferrand, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
